Bunkers and steel silos

Bunker (buffer tank) and silos with a capacity of up to 400 m³ are an indispensable part of any industrial production plant. Very often with special requirements in terms of shape and supplementary units. In many instances, discharge aids in or below the container are required, e.g. rotating worms, multiple screw conveyors, vibration conveyors, clearance arms, agitators etc., depending on the type of bulk material involved.

Environment-influencing equipment elements such as insulation, heaters and dedusting filters are also used to ensure modern operation. The selection of materials also depends on the requirements of the bulk material that is to be stored or intermediately retained. Mild, low to high-alloyed steels are used.
